For online payments, the Website uses a secure third party payment processor. We do not store any credit card details unless requested to by you for the purposes of a tree funding subscription.

Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Act, you have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that we hold and to request a correction to your personal information. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates.

If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.

Electronic messages

If you enter your email address into the Website then you have agreed to us sending you both automated and unsolicited information about 582 Trees in electronic form to that email address.

We may use your email to send automated communications based on your activity on the Website, such as an email notification to confirm your registration or we may send you information about our progress with the programme as a whole.

Every unsolicited email that we send you will include an unsubscribe facility which will automatically remove your email address from the mailing database.
